FPC Cultivate Internship 2025
First Presbyterian Church of Greenville, SC is excited about investing in emerging
leaders. While there are many ways in which one can partner with First Pres, college students have the ability to make a large impact in a short amount of time during summer break. If you’re interested in being poured into by older believers, learning practical tools for ministry (or any career field), and creating lasting change in middle and high school students, this internship is for you!
Overview:
● A 10 week summer internship beginning in late May and ending in early August
● Hands on experience in teaching, discipleship, and planning events
● Weekly “lessons in ministry” where staff and covenant partners of FPC help you explore
different ways God can use you in your life
● 30-hour work weeks from Sunday - Thursday, being paid $450/week ($4,500 for the
summer)
Candidate Requirements:
● Required to have completed their freshman year of college prior to or by Spring 2025
● Must be actively involved in a local church
● Must have strong interpersonal skills and an ability to relate to a variety of students
● Although experience working with younger students is not required, it is extremely
helpful!
