What would you do as a Member Service /Concession Attendant

As a Seasonal Member Service/Concession Attendant at the YMCA of Greater Toledo, you'll play a vital role in enhancing member satisfaction and retention through impeccable service that fosters engagement and camaraderie. Your extensive knowledge of our membership and program options, combined with specific center information, will empower you to assist members effectively. You'll also showcase your culinary flair by preparing and selling delicious food and drinks while skillfully operating the cash register.

Are you the Member Service /Concession Attendant we're looking for?

A high school diploma or equivalent, coupled with customer service experience, sets the foundation for success.
