L’Arche Boston North is seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a House Manager. In this role, you will create a loving home environment where adults with intellectual disabilities thrive. L’Arche Boston North is an intentional, inter-denominational community that provides homes, residential services, and places of belonging for adults who have intellectual disabilities. Our mission is to create homes where the gifts of people with and without disabilities are revealed through mutually transforming relationships.

Primary Purpose: The House Manager fosters a loving and supportive home environment for adults with intellectual disabilities, creating meaningful relationships and enriching lives.

The House Manager is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the home and the supervision of direct support professionals in order to ensure the health and well-being of residents with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities in accordance with the mission of L’Arche Boston North.
