Ministry Resident
The Rolling Hills Ministry Residency Program exists to train, equip and develop the next generation of leaders for The Kingdom.
Residents
The Resident position is specifically designed for young adults aged 21 and older who are interested in pursuing a career in full-time ministry and looking to gain practical experience. Over one year, Residents will build daily rhythms, take on new responsibilities, and step into ministry leadership. Residents serve in active ministry environments across the church, learning by doing then leading. Residents are expected to work 20-25 hours per week. Most of the hours are spent serving within a ministry team alongside a staff supervisor. In addition to participating in their ministry area, Residents will assess and refine leadership skills and develop spiritual fortitude weekly during a 2 hour weekly Residency Rally. Through the course of one year, Residents will examine leading self through personal formation, leading others by developing relational and ministry skills, and leading ministries through developing operational skills. Residents receive a stipend of $1,000 per month.
