Primera Arlington Baptist Church is a family of faith in the heart of Arlington. At our core, we are a prayerful, loving, and humble body strong in meaningful friendships and faith. We are a multigenerational congregation with a strong foundation and a desire to grow in deeper discipleship, our personal walk with God, sharing the good news of salvation with our community, and showing God’s love to others. As a predominantly Hispanic congregation, we seek to more effectively serve our bilingual membership and community.

The community is urban / major suburban (400,000+ population). Positioned right in the heart of the Dallas–Fort Worth Metroplex. The area features a very high density of businesses and residents, drawing a clear distinction from small cities or rural environments.

The Role

 We are seeking the Pastor God has chosen for us, who will:

  • Faithfully preach and teach God’s Word
  • Shepherd with a warm, humble, and approachable demeanor
  • Remains committed to discipleship and spiritual growth

Preference will be given to candidates who

  • Can preach, teach, and counsel in English and Spanish
  • Have some Baptist Theological Seminary training or above degree
  • Have at least 5 years of ordained pastoral experience
