We are looking for a warm, dependable, and proactive part‑time team member who finds joy in serving others, supporting leaders, and contributing to work that reflects both excellence and faithfulness.
Why This Role Matters
Our work is rooted in faith and expressed through faithful stewardship. As a religious, 501(c)(3) charity, we take seriously what it means to walk by faith in every sphere of our work.
We love Jesus, His teachings, and are committed to obeying His commands in both the visible and behind‑the‑scenes work of the organization. This role exists to support the operational and financial care that allows our mission to flourish with integrity, clarity, and trust.
Faith Inspires Our Work
As a Christian, faith‑based 501(c)(3) charity, our identity, mission, and daily work are grounded in our commitment to Jesus Christ as Lord and to the authority of Scripture. We desire to honor God not only in what we do, but in how we do it—through humility, integrity, obedience, and love for others. Applicants should be comfortable affirming their agreement with our Statement of Faith and their commitment to support our mission through their work.
This role is not merely administrative support; it is a form of Christian service. Because of that, we are intentional about ensuring spiritual alignment among our staff. The people who thrive in our organization:
- Love Jesus Christ and follows Him in their personal and professional lives.
- Affirm the authority of the Bible as God’s Word and regularly engage in Scripture through study, prayer, and community.
- Are actively involved in a local church, taking part in worship, fellowship, and accountability.
- Desire to live out their faith through service, stewardship, and obedience to Christ’s commands.
- Have been on a short‑term missions trip OR demonstrate a clear heart for missions, evangelism, and compassionate service.
Staff members are expected to support and reflect the organization’s Christian mission, values, and statement of faith in their conduct, communication, and work ethic. Because the organization’s donors, partners, and stakeholders share this faith commitment, staff are entrusted to represent the ministry with spiritual maturity, discretion, and integrity.
Why This Matters
Our faith is not peripheral to our work—it is foundational. We believe excellent stewardship, ethical financial care, and relational integrity are expressions of discipleship and obedience to Christ. As such, we hire team members who view their role as part of their calling, not merely a job.
