Pay: $25,000 annually
Schedule: Approximately 20 hours per week

ABOUT LIFELINE

Lifeline Community Church exists to inspire people to follow Jesus further. We are a growing church in Oconee County committed to developing disciples, empowering leaders, and serving our community.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Kids Director will provide leadership for Lifeline Kids (birth through 5th grade) by creating a safe, engaging, and Christ-centered environment where children can grow in their faith and families feel supported.

This position is ideal for someone exploring a call to ministry leadership, children's ministry, education, nonprofit leadership, or volunteer development.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Lead and oversee Lifeline Kids ministries
• Recruit, train, and care for volunteer leaders
• Coordinate curriculum, schedules, and classroom preparation
• Partner with parents and families in discipleship
• Help create a welcoming and engaging environment for children
• Plan and support special events and ministry initiatives
• Maintain child safety standards and ministry procedures

QUALIFICATIONS

• Growing relationship with Jesus Christ
• Alignment with the mission and values of Lifeline Community Church
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to lead and develop volunteers
• Ministry, education, nonprofit, or leadership experience preferred
• Ability to pass a background check
