Established in 1977, Hill Country Youth Ranch is a non-profit charitable corporation licensed by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services to provide a safe, loving, and life-enhancing Christian environment for children and young adults.

HCYR offers a broad continuum of services, including residential treatment for children recovering from severe trauma, family care for those who have stabilized, transitional living for young adults, and life-long family-based support for alumni.

Hill Country Youth Ranch is a faith-based organization and considers every position one of ministry.

Live-In Residential Childcare Staff (Full Time, Part Time, Seasonal Options Available)

Support and care for our children as they heal & grow! Hill Country Youth Ranch is looking for qualified Christian candidates to parent children in our family-style homes. Be a part of our children's healing journey as a houseparent or through providing respite for primary houseparents during their scheduled days off. These necessary roles aid in restoring peace for youth in need through providing trauma-informed care and support through day to day routine (such as cooking, chores, activities on and off ranch, and more).

Starting annual salary $36,000 per person, plus housing and benefits.
