Are you looking for a meaningful, adventure-filled summer where you can make a real impact? Camp Grace is hiring High Ropes Team Members for a 7-week summer commitment serving kids living in poverty through an unforgettable overnight camp experience.
What You’ll Do:
As part of our High Ropes Team, you’ll lead campers through exciting outdoor elements, including:
A 50-foot rock wall
A 60-foot high multi-element ropes course
A giant swing
A zip line
You’ll help campers build confidence, overcome fears, and experience the joy of trying something new—all while having a blast.
Training & Certification:
No prior certification needed! We provide full in-house training and ropes certification to equip you with the skills and safety knowledge required.
What We’re Looking For:
A heart for serving others, especially kids from underserved communities
Positive, energetic, and encouraging attitude
Willingness to work hard and be part of a team
Comfortable working at heights and leading outdoor activities
Interest in a fun, Christ-centered environment
