QUALIFICATIONS:
-Master’s Degree in a Counseling-Related Qualifying Field
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Counseling clinical services:
-Conduct client intake appointments and determine appropriate treatment planning.
-Conduct individual, group (couples and conjoint) counseling with clients to address mental health needs.
-Support a collaborative, trauma-informed, and biblically informed workplace.
-Appropriately document the provision of counseling services.
-Ensure timely and accurate reporting for audits and insurance billing.
-Collaborate with outside providers, schools, and community resources to advocate for client needs, coordinate wraparound support, and provide referrals to additional services as needed.
-Ensure HIPAA compliance with all records.
-Report to and cooperate with Executive Director/Counselor including attending and participating in staff meetings as called by the Executive Director.
-Attend training, workshops, and continuing education to maintain licensure.
-Participation in Clinical Supervision
