Church Ministry Internship at Grace Church (MA)
Grace Church is offering a ministry internship designed to give students hands-on experience in local church leadership, discipleship, and community outreach. This internship is ideal for students exploring a call to ministry or who want to grow in leadership while serving in a dynamic church environment.
Interns will work closely with church staff and gain practical experience in areas such as:
- Ministry leadership and team development
- Event planning and community outreach
- Small group discipleship and pastoral care
- Sunday service preparation and operations
- Leadership development and spiritual formation
This internship is designed to be both practical and developmental, giving students real ministry responsibility along with mentorship and coaching. It is a paid internship.

Location: Grace Church – Locations in Avon, Braintree, West Bridgewater, and Norton, MA
Time Commitment: 8 weeks (June 8th to August 2nd), 30-35 per week
