Family Ministries Director
- The Family Ministries Director partners closely with the Lead and Executive Pastor to provide vision, leadership, and long-term development for children’s, youth, and young adult ministries at The Oaks Community Church.
- This role focuses on building healthy teams, raising up volunteer leaders, and ensuring consistent, Christ-centered ministry for children, students, young adults, and families.
- The Director will provide hands-on leadership across all family age groups, strengthening systems, supporting volunteers, and helping create a unified pathway of spiritual growth from childhood through young adulthood.
