Guides are responsible for the overall navigation, safety, and well-being of up to 8 individuals, including at least 1 adult advisor, on a wilderness canoe trip in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness or adjacent primitive area. Canoe guides will be trained in team building, small group development and will be equipped with tools in order to facilitate Rubbaboo (Bible study) while in the BWCAW.  When not guiding, this position will be a support position at Camp Vermilion.
