Our two-year resident program is an opportunity for college graduates who are considering full-time youth ministry. The residency provides exposure to both middle school and high school ministry for those seeking to find where God might be calling them.

Our hope is to provide a context where residents are exposed to the many facets of youth ministry, including teaching, leading small groups, helping plan trips and programs, and being intentional with students and families while focusing specifically on middle school and high school ministry!
