About:
Wesley Woods Christian Camp is a summer camp located on 500 acres in Grand Valley in Northwestern PA (about an hour from Erie). Each summer we have between 250 and 300 campers (not including our summer guest groups who bring about 200 of their own participants and leaders). Camp sessions run Sunday morning through Friday night (off between sessions)
Our mission is connecting people to God through Jesus Christ. We do this in a camp based setting, with camps varying from traditional models (Best of Summer Sampler- BOSS week) to our specialty camps (NERF, Adventure, Exceptional Persons, and more). Each of these camps exist to provide a fun and hospitable context where people can encounter Christ and establish/deepen a relationship with Him.
Having the right people is CENTRAL to what we do. That’s where you come in.
Position:
The Summer Operations Team position fills in as needed at Wesley Woods. This person may aid the kitchen team in providing delicious meals, leading teams through growth experiences on our low ropes course, being a part of off-site trips, and more. The camp season runs from June 1st through August 8th. Weeks off can be requested.

- Staffers fill in as needed to make the operations run smoothly and give our guests an unforgettable experience- this includes kitchen, low ropes course, and more.

Qualifications:
● Have a personal and saving faith in Christ
● Have a positive and teachable attitude with a desire to learn and work as a member of a
team
● Experience working with children preferred
● Excellent interpersonal skills, as you’ll be a part of a team
Responsibilities:
● Prepare delicious meals for our guests in the camp kitchen
● Guide groups of our campers through the low ropes course
● Aid in various housekeeping tasks, providing a hospitable environment for our guests
● Join camp groups on offsite excursions
