Job Title: Public High School–Christian Club Coordinator

We're looking to grow our team and are offering a $500 referral bonus ($250 paid after one month and $250 paid after three months)!

Hours: Part-time (10 hours per week)
Compensation:
- $300 per weekly club
- $50 extra per club if driving 45 minutes or more
- $75 for hosting a weekly student prayer/discipleship group
- $75 for hosting a weekly parent prayer group
Job Summary:
Crossroads is looking for a leader after God’s own heart who is hungry for God, eager to see signs and wonders move powerfully, and aching to preach the gospel boldly to the next generation. You don’t have to be qualified, but you must be hungry for God and ready to grow, pray deeply, and lead with passion as revival breaks out in an Atlanta high school.
This role includes leading vibrant club meetings, launching prayer groups, and creating a culture alive with God’s power and presence. Last fall, 80 to 100 students came weekly, and over 100 made life-changing decisions for Christ. Join us as we press in for even greater breakthroughs.

Key Responsibilities:
- We’re looking for someone who can commit to at least one semester to this position (January-May 2026)
- Run Spirit-led/Word based club meetings
- Prepare and deliver gospel messages for the weekly FCS club
- Balance between the Word and the Spirit (1 Corinthians 14:40) and grace and truth (John 1:17) are imperative.
- Communicate with and pray for students after meetings. We want students to feel safe, seen, and loved.
- Leading a weekly discipleship Zoom call for students, helping them mature as followers of Jesus
- Build meaningful and fruitful relationships with parents, students, staff and faculty
- Grow a team of committed people to help lead the club as volunteers (interns, etc.)
Club Preparation:
Purchase food and drinks for the FCS club. Send out weekly texts and emails to remind students about club, prayer, or leadership meetings. Create flyers for special events and outreaches. Crossroads staff and volunteers will be available to help wherever needed.
Student Leadership/Prayer/Discipleship Meetings
Organize and lead student (male & female) prayer/discipleship meetings each week. Interact with the teacher sponsors for the club and lead or empower another person to lead the parent prayer group!
- 10 parents praying with and discipling weekly!
- 10 male students praying with and discipling weekly!
- 10 female students praying with and discipling weekly!
- 10 teachers praying with and discipling weekly!
Intercession and Strategy
Crossroads was called to be a “House of Prayer” in 2020. This position will require attending a Crossroads Zoom prayer call once a week, bi-weekly staff meetings and short, weekly meetings with the director of Crossroads and/or a staff member. We are raising up a prayer movement and the overflow of that will be a 'catalytic gospel movement' that sparks revival through school clubs. We want to see this school's test scores rise, graduation rates double, fights disappear and a student body that honors and edifies one another and a catalytic gospel movement.

- Demonstrates a lifestyle of spiritual discipline and sensitivity to the Holy Spirit’s leading.
- Proven Christian character evidenced by references who can attest to your commitment to Christ and accountability in your life.
- A heart of humility which can flow with the Crossroads staff in a collaborative fashion!
- Willingness to be accountable to mature spiritual leaders within a local church or Christian community.
- A heart that pursues revival and longs to see God move through signs, wonders, and bold gospel proclamation.
- Comfortable using digital tools (Zoom, Rubic, Word, Excel, social media, etc.) to connect, pray, and promote the movement.
- Passionate about fostering authentic community rooted in worship, intercession, and the outpouring of God’s Spirit.
