Mission: To empower students to become Christ-centered leaders who transform their communities with the hope of the Gospel

Vision:  Our vision is founded on Isaiah 61:3-5, “That they may be called Oaks of Righteousness, the planting of the Lord, that he may be glorified. They shall build up the ancient ruins; they shall raise up the former devastations; they shall repair the ruined cities, the devastations of many generations.” We envision students who are Oaks of Righteousness, a planting of the Lord, who use their God-given gifts to transform the city of Augusta by becoming leaders within their communities, Oaks Ministries, churches, organizations, and businesses.

Values:

  • We believe that every student is created in the image of God and has inherent purpose, value, and dignity
  • We believe in creating a safe environment where our students’ culture is celebrated and they are affirmed in their gifts
  • We believe in raising up generational leaders who transform their city

College for Kids is a dynamic four-week educational summer day camp dedicated to nurturing the potential of approximately 100 students, spanning from preK to 5th grade. The day begins with a shared breakfast, setting the stage for a day filled with exploration and growth. In the mornings, students are guided by certified teachers who provide instruction in Math, English Language Arts, and Bible studies.

Following a nourishing lunch, students embark on an exciting adventure that encompasses a wide range of activities. Students participate in a variety of activities, including art, cooking, STEM, and music.

Finally, students in 2nd-5th grade get to attend Camp Grace, an overnight camp designed specifically for students from an urban setting. Students are provided a counselor who guides them through various activities such as archery, canoeing, fishing, swimming, and rock wall climbing.
