Lifeguard
LIFEGUARDS
Lifeguards are responsible for assisting the waterfront director in maintaining a safe, clean, and fun environment at the swimming area. They may also assist with other program and recreation activities as needed.
Must be willing to get lifeguard certified or possess current lifeguard/waterfront Certification, and first aid and CPR training. (We offer a lifeguard training course before summer starts).

A. Assurance of Salvation
B. Ability to share Christ with campers and staff
D. Be maturing spiritually
E. Have a genuine love for campers and staff of all ethnic backgrounds and cultures
F. Ability to get along with fellow workers
G. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn
H. Willing to cooperate with Cedine's ministry philosophy
I. Be willing to work at any job need
J. Attitude of friendliness and unselfishness
K. Minimum age 15 years or older (High school graduate/some college preferred)
L. Experience preferred
M. Keeping waterfront areas safe and clean
N. Handling crisis situations and camper discipline situations which may arise in your area in accordance with Cedine policies
