Position: Worship Associate – (Part-Time)
The Worship Associate advances the mission of Real Life by supporting the Worship Pastor in leading worship services and developing teams of musicians and vocalists. This role will assist with preparation, administration, and execution of worship ministry responsibilities.
 

Worship Services

  • Assist Worship Pastor in preparing elements and flow for weekly worship gatherings.
  • Help assign and distribute necessary musical and other vital information.
  • Participate in and occasionally help lead weekly rehearsals.
  • Provide worship leadership (vocals/instrument) in rotation, as scheduled by Worship Pastor.
     

Team Development & Care
 

  • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and scheduling of worship team members.
  • Provide encouragement and relational care for team members.
  • Help maintain communication with volunteers.
     

Administration & Logistics
 

  • Assist with set up and tear down of worship spaces as needed.
  • Coordinate with Tech Director and Worship Pastor to ensure smooth execution of services.
