Spiritual Formation Pastor

Spiritual Formation Pastor provides leadership to our discipleship ministries as we aim to connect with people and nurture them along their spiritual journey from pre-believer to mature follower of Christ.  Be a resource for other team members and departments and elicit similar resource bases for the team.  Equip, launch and empower small group environments focused on discipleship and outreach.  Produce an annual budget and goals for spiritual formation in consultation with the lead Pastors. Pursue personal growth and fulfill other responsibilities as assigned.
